“This overgrown and rough doubletrack is as close to singletrack as can be found in Tilden. ”

Description

The upper section of Vollmer Peak Trail is hiker-only but this lower section that runs parallel to South Park Drive turns to a bike-legal doubletrack that isn't maintained so it narrows to overgrown singletrack sections with roots and rocks. It's most fun in the downhill direction shown here.
