Description

Starting at the junction of Phoenix Lake Road, Eldridge Grade and Fish Grade, Shaver Grade is a gradual climb up Phoenix Creek. From there, the trail continues over a ridge to the paved Sky Oaks Road, where it terminates.

About a mile up there's a junction called "Four Corners" where Shaver meets Deer Park Fire Road and Concrete Pipe Road. Follow signs to the left (West) to stay on Shaver Grade. The road is shaded most of the way.

Turn right on Sky Oaks Road then take a quick left to reach Bon Tempe Lake Road.
