Description

As its name suggest, Nordhoff Ridge road follows the ridgeline above Ojai. It's a long, wide and high elevation fire road that runs East-West and connects several trails.

You can access the following trails from Nordhoff Ridge Road: Sisar Canyon, Horn Canyon, Gridley Trail, Pratt Trail, Lower Red Reef Trail and Lion Canyon Trail.

A fun ride (that probably requires a shuttle) is to ride up Sisar Canyon (long, but moderate climb), and ride Nordhoff Ridge West. Most of it is a fun downhill with amazing views! Once you'll have had your fill, ride down Gridley or Pratt.
