Head down the Ridge Trail from Aptos Creek Fire Road passing Corral, Sulphur Springs and Braille Trail until you arrive at Segment 1 of the Flow Trail. Point your bike downhill and begin ripping the berms, whoops, and pumps galore the next 3 1/2 miles.

the flow trail is so much fun! Getting in and out is a treck. 4 or 5 miles up hill. it was worth it.
