Family Friendly Starting from the Maple Lake East parking lot, this is an easy roll that is mostly downhill. This trail may be a challenging climb for younger riders but there are no significant obstacles.

Description

This short singletrack trail runs downhill from the north entrance near 95th St. and features a low table top and views of Maple Lake. The south terminus of the trail meets with the north terminus of Hickory Smoked at a paved path. The paved path runs between the Maple Lake East parking lot and Maple Lake itself. At the bottom of the paved path is a small fishing pier that marks the location of a temporary house built for the film The Lakehouse.

In the downhill direction, this is an easy trail suitable for first timers and children who are new to mountain biking.
