Park in the large lot off of South Bay Blvd. From here, take the trail to the left/north end of the parking lot, this is the entrance to the Quarry Trail. It starts with a 1/4-mile straight climb up some singletrack with some mild obstacles (5" rocks). From here, it flattens out a bit before another small climb.
Once you have finished climbing, it is relatively flat and has some nice berms on a couple turns and there are a couple small jumps that are accessible in parts. There are many trails that connect to the Quarry Trail, the first is Live Oak Trail
, about 1/2-mile into the ride on the right. After that, there is a trail off to the left that is basically hiking only that heads up to Tiki rock, a great steep hike with fantastic views.
About 100 feet past that (on the right) is the Park Ridge Trail
followed shortly by the Canet to Quarry Connector
. The Quarry Trail dead-ends at private property. If you head right, up the hill, that will take you on to the Canet Trail
. All make for great loops, but taking Canet to Live Oak back to the parking lot is one of my favorite loops.
