Description

This trail was used more regularly by mountain bikers in the 1990s, before the trail system was developed to its present configuration. This trail is rutted, not often maintained, and steep (up or down). It is good to know about for getting out of the woods quickly, but otherwise isn't one of the greatest trails.

Cucumbertree Can be great for hiking with kids as you can see a lot of natural features in a short period of time. Additionally, it is fun to ride downhill if you like ruts and root drops. Note that there is a creek crossing that currently features a sketchy, blown out rail-road tie crossing (use caution).
