Description

This is a steep connector trail between Hollow Point Trail in Strouds Run State Park and Scatter Ridge Road on the outside border of the park.

Some local riders enjoy riding out to the backside of the park via Peach Ridge and Scatter Ridge Roads, then dropping down Scatter Ridge Trail to Hollow Point Trail to begin a ride (or vice versa). The trail starts by dropping through some rock formations before a fast wooded section that leads to a steep, technical downhill. At the start of the technical section, there are two options: veer left and take a longer, more rutted route with loose rocks, or stay straight and do a hard right-hand turn (nearly 90-degrees) on a steep grade. Either way, the trail will meet up with Hollow Point Trail.
