A great connection between North Downtown Wichita and Far East Wichita.

Electric Mountain Bikes Unknown

Features -none-

Chisolm Creek park is currently closed (7-23-2015) for resurfacing, but should open in a month or two. Bikes are only allowed on the marked path in Chisolm Creek Park, do not ride the trails; they are only for walking paths.

Description

This trail offers about a 100-foot ascent from west to east so it's a better climb than riding anywhere else in the city. This path connects Mc Adams, Dr. Glen Day and Chisolm Creek Parks. It also offers access to The Great Plains Nature Center at the corner of 29th and Woodlawn. Once you reach the end of the path at 127th East, you can ride the path along Central Street to the east 3 miles into Andover!

This is a nice climb if you're traveling south.

There are some fun *small* hills to the south of this location.

A very relaxing path to ride, but be careful on the corners. The sightlines are not so good and it's easy to come up on someone you didn't realize was there.

They're going to resurface this path in summer 2015

This path is great, but watch out at the major street crossings.
