Description

Accessed from Windmill Road, This trail is a nice moderate 5-mile climb to some breathtaking views from Plutonium Ridge. Fun ridden either Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise (although most seem to ride it clockwise). From the ridge you can look forward to a 5-mile descent! Look out for low hanging Joshua Trees along the trail, and be prepared to DUCK!

Plutonium much easier and better marked than Storm trail. Real fun, camping, cool spot! 8.8mi

Great trail. Thin single trail through spiky plants makes for fun ride as beginner or intermediate. Met land owner, very passionate man about biking!

Is night riding allowed here? May 5, 2016
Rode this at sunset and really enjoyed it. I love the sign at the entrace which has an old car with a brightly colored bike on it. We were the only ones on the trail and had the place to ourselves. Fun and fast turny downhill. May 17, 2016
