Parking can be extremely limited off of West Run Road (The start and end of this ride). One alternative is to park up at the WVU farm and ride over from there.

Overview

This is just one quick loop of many possibilities at Baker's Ridge, with more trail being added every season.

Description

Start at the gate on west run road and take the fire road all the way to the top of the ridge. From here there are several different ways to ride the easy and twisty trails along the ridgetop. Keep an eye out for the fun see-saw! it is also possible to drop down to the other side (dry weather permitting).

When you tired of riding the ridgetop stuff and want to go fast, work your way south towards the line of cliffs that Baker's Ridge is named for. From here you can follow the nicely built jump trail all the way back down to the fire road/entrance with a number of places to branch off.

During most months the entrance area is quite muddy, but once you cross the two shallow creek beds baker's stays remarkably dry.
