Description

This outer loop is slightly more difficult than the inner Eagle Point Loop. The doubletrack trail includes a couple of steep climbs, some fun descents, and a couple of water crossings. From the Eagle Point Loop, take this trail at the second intersection. It will intersect the Outer SW Loop, at which you can turn right to stay on the outer most trails, or go straight to get back to the inner Eagle Point Loop.

This trail affords some excellent views of the park land. Along the way, you'll see prairie grass and wildflowers. I often come across deer and other wildlife on this loop.

Nothing as far as the eye can see. Feels like miles from anything and anyone.
