DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multi-use, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and other cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close in extended periods of freeze / thaw during the winter.

Description

Corn Mill Shoals starts off of Cascade Lake Road across from the Corn Mill Shoals parking area. The trail ascends through a few switchbacks after crossing over the Little River and descends steeply down to the Bridal Veil Falls. It connects to Longside, Big Rock, Burnt Mountain, Little River, Shoals Trail, Laurel Ridge, Bridal Overlook, Shelter Rock, and Bridal Veil Falls Road.
