Description

The north stretch of the Buck Mountain Trail Loop is a series of doubletrack forest roads. NF-100 heads north from Buck Lake and follows the doubletrack to the left at NF-155. This is a 900 ft gentle climb on hard-pack doubletrack that eventually re-connects to the main Buck Mountain Trail.

Parking is available at Buck Lake (do not park in camp sites). No parking permit is needed.
