Description

Once you've found the singletrack off of Skyline Dr - fire road, follow it along the back property lines of a long row of houses to Frame Ave, a residential street. Cross the street carefully and pick up the trail on the other side. As you pass one of the backyards, say hi to the barking German Shepherd and continue down the trail to the next residential street, Holmes Cir. Again, carefully cross the street, but this time turn left and go downhill a few hundred feet, you'll see the trail continue through a fence on the right. Don't worry, you can't miss it.

The trail weaves through some trees and drops steeply down to Colima Rd, where directly across the busy road it continues. However, there is no crossing device and this street has a 55mph speed limit here. In order to legally cross the street, you'll need to go left a hundred yards, cross at the light, and make your way back to the trail.
