Fort Ord National Monument trails are closed from 30 minutes after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise.

Description

This is a fun little connector from Hennekens Ranch Road to Watkins Gate Road (and Trail 69). It starts with a little rise but then gradually drops down the hillside. It's a bit tight and twisty with some gnarly overgrown bits that makes some call it "Blair Witch".

It's fun in either direction and is often linked with Trail 69 at the start or end of a ride. Watch for poison oak on this trail if it hasn't been trimmed in awhile.
