“A good introduction to riding in the woods.”
— LHORBA MTB
Due to the nature of the soil and the ridge top location these trails should be avoided after it has recently rained. This a also a great place to cross country ski in the winter since the Laurel Ridge gets more snow than anywhere else Trails are closed to biking during snow cover. See paccsa.org/lrwebcam
As with the Loop Trail
, this section is a wide singletrack, level and smoothly graded for groomed cross country skiing, but is a good introduction to riding in the woods. There are a couple small log piles to roll over, adjacent to the main trail.
Start/end points shown on map and profile are arbitrary.
