Description

An intermediate flow trail down the middle of the mountain, follow Fred's signs from Gondola One to tight switchbacks in trees. Not quite as steeply downhill as other trails on Vail Mountain - you actually will pedal a little bit (not much...). Fantastic wildflowers and views of the Gore range abound, though there's a lot of ski area development to overlook.

A newer section of Fred's Lunch continues to drop you down to Gitalong Road. Includes some small features, but continues the switchbacks through the aspens and wildflowers.
