A lot of poison oak along the trail, so be careful or wear long pants. Many bushes of it: low and high to waist level. History

Getting forecast...

A Gradual climb up to Three Sisters Road from Skyline Road or a fun flowing beginner ride down.

Fort Ord National Monument trails are closed from 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise.

Description

This trail starts up from Skyline Road near the Public Lands Day area and winds up the valley through the oaks to a saddle and Three Sisters road. The trail flows well and is fun in both directions.

At the top you can head right onto Three Sisters Road to find trail 41 (Goat) and head down or trail 44 (Outhouse) and head back up to Skyline Road or stay on the road and head up to Oil Well Road.

Take a left on Three Sisters Road at the top and find out why the road is named the Three Sisters Road.
