Need to Know

Parson's Landing itself is a secluded, 8-tent, beachside campsite with vault toilet which requires reservations. You can also pay $20 for locker access to 2.5 gallons of water and a bundle of firewood. Locker key must be picked up in Two Harbors town, and the conservancy closes at 5 pm. There is also a general store in Two Harbors for provisions.

I recommend using the bear lockers, as the foxes stole my energy bars (I didn't think they could smell them through the wrappers, but evidently they can).

Description

This is all dirt fire road. There are no technical features, but there is a steep and short section with some soft, loose dirt.

If it were at the beginning of the day, it would be no problem. But after an entire day of riding from Avalon, leave a little in reserve for one last push before you get to make camp.
