“One of the best trails in the park. Full canopy with fast sections, uphill and down.

This trail wraps around a small lake. The north side should be avoided as there is a creek crossing. The southern half is more open, faster with more elevation changes. If you want to do the whole trail, it is much better clockwise.
Decent trail with some flowy spots. However, most of the trail does not flow seem to very well, and the elevation changes present are quite gradual.
