Description

Shire is a one-way climb up Burke Mountain. Although there are a couple steeper sections, the trail has several switchbacks to help ease the pain. As you're climbing, take a second every once in a while to look back at some of the amazing views while you catch your breath. You'll finish your climb at Parr's Yard where you can either go left or right; right will take you to the mountain trails, and left will trails opposite Burke.
