The Berryman Trail is a loop trail built in the 1930's as a CCC project. It has now been incorporated into the Ozark Trail: Courtois Section with the west side of the loop originally tagged with the OT. The OTA now maintains the entire loop so the the east side has also been tagged with the OT.
The loop is very popular with bikers, hikers, and equestrian.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
