This is a fun, easy trail. The trailhead is located at the end of Sadlers Creek Road. This GPS track ends near the campground at the end of State Road 742, which is for campers only, and the loop travels in a clockwise direction. The surface conditions are mainly hardpack dirt.

Occasionally, there is a smattering of loose-packed bark on the trail. For the most part, the trail flows well and circles back on itself to create a loop. One place in particular had a downed tree the trail circumnavigates. The views of Lake Hartwell are what make the trail a fun ride.

This trail is mostly in the trees and finds its way onto the peninsulas that reach out into the lake. The trail is well-signed at each open road crossing making it an easy trail to navigate. There is one road crossing by the campground where it is unsigned. Though the trail is ridden enough to identify where it picks up on the other side.
