Family Friendly While not a great trail to skill-build on during the busy weekend hours, this provides a great spot for kids to practice riding berms when it's uncrowded.

Similar to the rest of Catamount Trail, bikers and pedestrians are welcome, but horses are not allowed. Please inform equestrian riders if you encounter any, and notify park officials as well. Dogs must be on a 6 ft. leash, per park regulations.

Description

A fun addition to the Catamount Trail, the trail here is smoother than the upper reaches of the main trail, with good flow and nice bermed corners. It's easy to run laps, too!

This the only one-way section on Catamount; access from either Lookout Mountain Road or Lost Creek Trail.
