Description

The Indian Meadow Loop connects Trail 121 - Waterfall Loop and Trail 102 - South Trail Green Loop, taking users through the wooded area to the south end of Palisades Park. With cutoff options to Rimrock Drive and Trail 141 - Bonnie Drive Parallel, visitors can create a track as short or as long as desired.

Beginning at the overlook to the waterfall, the trail moves up the side of a hill on very narrow singletrack. The extensive basalt in the area makes this trail very rocky in spots but also provides impressive views into the geologic activity that formed this region.

As the trail turns back to the north, it crosses over the small creek that feeds the waterfall. Then, visitors will move parallel to Rimrock Drive but below the cliff edge. Trail 10 cuts back to the northeast to connect with the southern end of Trail 102 - South Trail Green Loop. Staying on Indian Meadow Loop will lead you through more wooded terrain and back to a mid-point on Trail 102 - South Trail Green Loop.
