Description

From Squirrel Meadow on Breckenridge Mountain, Mill Creek starts on steep grades through a combination of brushy meadows and mixed conifer forest. The trail follows along a ridgeline for a good bit before dropping into the Mill Creek drainage.

The lower reaches of the route travel through beautiful oak and riparian woodlands, crossing the creek multiple times.

This is a great place for wildflowers during the spring months.

Started at the bottom, climbed 1365 of 4300 ft and returned. Groomed trail in excellent condition, wildflower aroma. Some hike-a-bike technicals. 7.1mi
