Mueller Park is open year round. Day use hours are 5 am to 10 pm.

Description

The Ranger Ridge Trail can be accessed from the second parking lot in Mueller State Park, at the same location as the Aspen Trail (Trail 21) and the School Pond Trail (Trail 2).

The trail travels south on a relatively flat grade for .5 miles before reaching the southern boundary of the park. It then turns westward and then northward with short ups and downs, heading back to the parking lot.

At about mile .3, it meets the takeoff to the Stoner Mill Trail (Trail 23). At mile 1.4, it meets the takeoff to the Preacher's Hollow Trail (Trail 4).
