Access not recommended on BLM roads following rain or snow.

Description

This area is the other side of nowhere. You have to want to get there. There are no services for 50-70 miles in any direction, but this trail is well worth the trip on well maintained dirt/gravel roads.

This is not a place to be in wet weather, however, as the roads would be like grease on glass. There is great dispersed BLM camping at several locations with easy on/off the trail and access roads.

The trail has almost constant turns and up-and-downs. It features some rock ledges, but few over 12". The trail tread is made up of loose sandstones slabs with some small slick rock areas mixed in.
