Description

This trail starts where Whipple Creek (the actual creek) intersects the North-South Connector and the double bridges. You head east and go up the stepped trail.

There is a tight left 180 degree turn, then another right 180. Not too much farther and you'll see the start of Osborn's Loop on your left. Stay on the Whipple Creek Way trail for a spell, and you'll see the end of Osborn's Loop on your left.

Then forest opens up to a view of Whipple Creek Riding Center and horse stables. The trail continues along the left of the fence.

The public trail ends where the trail t-bones the white fence. The private trail runs between the white fences. This puts you at the Whipple Creek Riding Center driveway.

You can head north on NW 11th Ave and connect to the Fairgrounds Park to Whipple Creek Park Connector and run over to the Fairgrounds Park Path use the restrooms, get looked at oddly by young children on jungle gyms and the like. They don't see mud covered bicycles very often.

It looks like you are going into someone's backyard. In reality between those two white fences is the rest of Whipple Creek Way Trail and access to the Connector Trail that leads to Fairgrounds Park.

The trail has some pretty views of neighboring properties.

You know you are near the main parking lot when you see the double bridges. Five trails converge in this one spot.
