Description

A rooted trail that begins at the Lower Mckinley Trail and the Beaver Dam and follows the eastern edge of I-680. The trail leads through rows of pine trees, so the ground is slippery with pine needles and VERY root covered. Some beginners will have a hard time keeping their momentum and balance with all the roots.

The trail ends at a creek crossing in the north. There are stones that can be walked on to get across the creek where the trail connects to the East Beechwood Trail.
