Take Highway 3 North past the town of Acton. Take a right onto Oswald Road, which is located between mile marker 18 and 19. Continue 6.5 miles until Heag Road and take a right. About 2.5 miles farther is the parking lot and the entrance to the Acton Recreation Area.
The entire area is being developed through a partnership between the BLM and local IMBA club Pedal United. Trails are perpetually being developed and built to try and make this a mountain bike destination.
Not a ton to say about this one! It's a necessary grind to get back to the beginning of all the singletrack!
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
