The management plan for Red Mountain Open Space requires closures to the public December 1 to March 1 because of winter weather changes and the wildlife requirements.

Description

This trail may be used to either depart from or return to the parking area for Red Mountain Open Space. This is a multi-use trail, shared with hikers and equestrians.

The trail is mostly easy and fun, especially in the downhill direction. There's not much technical to it, so just hop on your bike and go!
