Description

There are many advanced/technical descent options from the bedrock dome where this trail starts - most are black diamond, or double black - so NIMBY offers an easier (blue - intermediate) descent option, or a rideable climb for enduro stages.

From the top (a bald bedrock dome), head down to the northeast where NIMBY enters the woods (look for signs). Follow the signs closely, since this trail crosses several other trails on its way down. The track is mostly soil, but some 'tame' rockiness is intermixed. A few of the switchbacks are pretty tight turns. Near the bottom this trail winds through some mellow woods before intersecting with both Stovetop (Lower Burner) and Deerslayer.
