Description

This is a moto singletrack in the Golden Horseshoe that is an alternative descent to Lincoln Park Road. Obviously, expect motorcycles. Due to the mixed-use aspect, the curves are somewhat rutted and hold a lot of mud and water. This is not a pleasant ride within a week or so of heavy rainfall.

The trail begins and ends on Lincoln Park Road in the eastern end of the Golden Horseshoe.

Lincoln Meadow - a landmark within the Golden Horseshoe. Intersection of Lincoln Park and Forest Queen Roads; Governor King Trail at left. "Not all that wander are lost."

GH 67 - Governor King Trail downhill. Marker post is 100' off of Lincoln Park Road and not visible from the road.

A confusing beginning to a fun downhill. This is the uphill intersection, and beginning of Governor King Trail at Lincoln Park Road. The Governor King Trail is marked, unfortunately the sign is 100' down the trail to the left and not visible from Lincoln Park Road. Note the backwards yellow sign.

One of the more confusing intersections in the Golden Horseshoe. This is the intersection of the Forest Queen (left), Yellow Brick Road (straight), and Governor King (out of picture to the right at GH 67 marker) trails.
