Description

This is a section of the Western Greenway which runs through the towns of Belmont, Lexington and Waltham. It's a very easy and mostly level trail that is your connection to the more challenging trails in the area.

After leaving the Lone Tree Hill area at Mill St this trail runs through the meadows of the the Rock Meadow conservation area. It then crosses a bridge into woods of the the Beaver Brook conservation area where it is a well packed gravel road.
