This is a nice, once forgotten trail that has been adopted by a local from Silverton. It's a great way to change up riding on the Colorado Trail. Make sure you know where the trail intersection is, the start of the trail is somewhat vague and the sign is very small and easy to miss. You'll cross a road and continue on singletrack. Once you are near the bottom, stay on the south side of Cascade Creek. Eventually you'll look for a spur to your left and cross cascade. From there follow a road down to US 550.
