West of Vienna, W&OD onto CCT, north along Difficult Run to Potomac River Great Falls National Park. Cross Difficult Run 3X. Then through GF National Park to Fairfax River Bend Park at the boats, canoes and kayaks ramp. Then keep going along the river on Heritage Trail, mostly people walking and a few on horses. After about 21 miles, arrive at the lower fairways at Trump National Golf Club. 2018 summer and fall were impossible from all the rain, mud and major swamp sections.
