Description
The mountain bike route Lelystad goes through various municipal forests of Lelystad and the forests of Staatsbosbeheer (Gelderse Hout and Zuigerplasbos).
The 31 kilometer long route was created by Toerclub Flevoland in consultation with the municipality of Lelystad and Staatsbosbeheer. Since 2015 the route is managed by MTB Lelystad Foundation.
The route is marked with wooden poles with the international MTB sign in brown and white (triangle with 2 circles).
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
