This is a continuation of the race loop. When you hit the road, go straight across and enter the woods. At this point, there is only one trail, so you can't miss it. Expect lots of short, punchy climbs. Several are steep, so be on the gas! The downhills are short, but flick between the trees, so watch your speed. Partway through, there is a sign which says "under construction trail." Stay to the left on the existing singletrack. A few root carpets in places, as well as some slightly eroded creek crossings. Nothing really difficult, but just be aware. The last half mile or so is flatter and more open, so you can torch it all the way back to where it rejoins the Race Loop.
