Description

Loop C is the third and last loop at Harwoods Mill. It was originally named the "advanced trail" but the only thing advanced about it is the tight turns and narrow tread. Some pine trees will seem to reach out and grab you if you are trying to go fast. This trail is 1.7 miles long and has a few easy hills at the beginning, followed by a long, flat series of tight turns. Expect some roots to warm up your suspension (or quads) near the end.

Crossing the unnecessarily placed "bridge." Yet another uneventful, not technical, trail at Hardwood Mills. This biker is my 65-year-old dad, who also found this trail rather mundane.

Mosquitoes are super bad today and be prepared for a very strong smell in parts of the forest.
