Instant Gratification starts next to the gate where the Blackcomb Access Road and Lot 6 at Base Two Access Road intersect. The trail quickly drops in for a little side-hilling that involves a number of small roll-downs. You can drop these two if you prefer, but the landings don't have especially smooth transitions.

For being such a short trail, the builders were able to squeeze in a lot of fun. Enjoy a good selection of off-camber, rooty sections, loose rock, a touch of gravel, and a few more steep roll-downs. The third roll-down is larger and dropping it wouldn't be recommend as riders will probably set down on a large rock that will take issue with you and your rims.

From there, Instant Gratification continues to work down thorough thinned trees for steeps and roots. At the bottom, turn right on the Access Spur to climb back to the road.
