Trails are open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. All trail users must have a waiver on file. There are waivers at the kiosk at the trailhead with a drop box.
When the trail is closed due to inclement weather or muddy conditions, the entrance gate will be closed. You can check for closures, here.
Overview
This is a beginner-friendly loop that can be more challenging for more experienced riders that want to push it and ride quicker.
Need to Know
The Outdoor Adventure Center and pumptrack are located across the street. The OAC has a bike shop and even rents mountain bikes.
Description
The trail is a five-mile route comprised of four different loops. The trail has been professionally designed for both bicycle and pedestrian traffic. It loops around a pond and continues along a dirt trail through a variety of woods and fields. The trail provides exciting fitness opportunities away from busy streets as well as relaxing opportunities for walks along wooded paths. It is home to a variety of wildlife that enriches the experience.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
