Overview
This loop uses two trails that overlap. The Green Trail is about 0.75 miles, and the Blue Trail is three miles start-to-finish.
Description
The Blue Trail starts on the Green Trail, turns off and winds back and across sections of the Green. The Green Trail is an easy warm-up with a few ups and downs and roots; beware of people walking their dogs later in the mornings.
The Blue Trail has more roots and really has some technical sections to corner and climb short distances. There are also a few well-made boardwalk obstacles and jumps as you can see in the pictures.
Finally decided to go check this trail out. Seems that the construction has really messed it up. Large portions seem to have been bulldozed.

Trail has been cut in half due to development. Someone has been out to reroute the trail and is marked with red arrows. No longer a loop. Still fun.
