Description

Banner Alley is most often used as a connector to the host of great singletrack offerings on the east side of Banner. The easy doubletrack trail is well signed and pretty smooth. There is, however, the possibility of encountering many deep mud puddles.

These puddles have formed partly from poor trail drainage, but in large part by users attempting to save their feet from getting wet and traversing the outside of the puddle. This is turn has widened the trail in certain areas and created deeper holes for rainwater to fill. To prevent this from worsening, remember to follow Leave No Trace principles and ride straight through the center of the puddle.

While doing so, you might even get a chance to blast your buddies with mud, adding a little more fun to your already wonderful day in Banner Forest.
