The Alps is another trail that isn't the best for riding. Some like the challenge of the "straight up a wall" style climbs and descents, but too much traffic can leave this trail eroded and unsustainable. Riders will also need to watch for rock drainage ways at the bottom corners. The nearby Ho Chi Minh is a far more enjoyable route.

When riding Ho Chi Minh singletrack you cross this trail a couple of times and there are some bail out points if you need to get out on faster trail.
