Description

The trailhead for this one is located at the end of a gravel road, just west of the entrance into the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge on HY-49, just west of Medicine Park.

This is one of the coolest trails in Oklahoma. It starts off with a ramp over the refuge boundary fence and then it's not long until you're into some cobblestones.

This trail has a little bit of everything; great tree cover, small creek crossings, rock gardens, leg-burning climbs, and fast flowing downhills. Would not recommend riding it when wet. There are plenty of rocks and boulders to make things interesting.
