Description

Trail #345 can be accessed from Trail #308 on the north end near the Williamson Valley Trailhead or #348 on the southern end near the lake. Riding the trail south to north would be the preferred ride as you enjoy more downhill.

The trail begins with a short rocky section with a few rock gardens. After a tight left turn, you'll be near the lake and ready for the real fun. Once across the creek and through the gate, you'll encounter a short up then a loose, rocky downhill section. Be ready to downshift as a steep off-camber uphill is awaiting you.

The trail then flows along Mint Wash with smaller ups and downs. Be ready when you see a blind corner as there may be a very rocky technical section hiding from view. In the monsoon season, there may be water in Mint Wash, so be ready to get wet.

The trail then intersects #347 Willow Trail at the gate. Go left and you have a short climb into another rocky sections. Continue up and down in the rocks until the trail ends at Trail #308.

Headed north from a connecting trail from 347. LOTS of big rocks and chunk. Slow going and tiring. Many hike-a-bike sections. Little to no flow... 2.5mi — 0h 40m
