Enter this descent from Blizzard or Avalanche Rd. or climb from Sparky. You can make a short loop by combining with a climb up Sidewinder

This was originally a bulldozer workaround for the utility corridor nearby. It's super fun down with tight turns like a slalom course. To climb it is to know your granny gear!
