Need to Know

This trail was was extended to become a full loop and to connect with the rest of the singletrack. A sessionable jump line with a staging area and return loop was added.

Description

Starting in the lowest southwest corner of the park, The Pines is perhaps the single most popular trail in the whole park. Many people begin and end their rides with a lap of The Pines.

The trail is flowy with little climbing and is the perfect place to practice bike handling and cornering. There are boardwalks and rock gardens to help develop skills.

The Pines is the perfect section of trail to take a person out for their first time on singletrack!

Fairly easy ride with a few tight S turns and some nice embankments, No big inclines, all obstacles have a bypass, 3 bridge spans over swampy areas
